COMPANY OVERVIEW
Trampas Film Productions, LLC, and its subsidiary New Legend Films, LLC, are production
companies dedicated to writing, developing and producing quality film, television and commercial
projects for theatrical release, cable and free television, satellite and internet broadcast, home
video/DVD release, Pay Per View, mobizodes, etc., designed for domestic and international
distribution. The company prides itself in being able to write and produce various genres that
include family fare, romantic comedies, psychological thrillers, classic horror, dramas, historical
sagas and documentaries.
Founders, producers, writers and actresses Tane McClure and Tyke Caravelli won ‘Best Fantasy
Feature’ at the New York Independent International Film and Video Festival in New York for their
first feature film, “Trance,” starring McClure, Martin Kove and Bruce Abbott. The company is
currently in pre-production for the supernatural thriller “St.Vincent’s Asylum.”
Since its’ founding in 1997, the company has written twelve screenplays and eight television series
concepts. Productions include the streaming video internet series “What’s Happening in
Hollywood”; a reality/farce comedy short/pilot “The Eye of Dan,” a satirical look at the behind the
scenes antics of a mediocre public access television soap opera; and in association with their
newest producing partner, Marcia Groff, “The Real Reel West,” a special/pilot documentary that
explores the roots of famous western books and their evolution into stage, radio, film and
television productions. This pilot focuses on ‘The Virginian’ and features James Drury. The team
has also produced a PSA for the Wellness Community, a cancer support organization.
Trampas Film Productions also works closely with JL Media, a distribution company located in
Dallas, Texas and ORG. Studios, an animation and special effects company with offices in Los
Angeles and Goyang, Korea.
